The short version

All sales are final. No refunds, including for unused time.
One license is for one person - never shared, sold or lent.
A license works on up to 2 PCs.
Using any bot breaks Supercell's terms. You use ACBot at your own risk.

1. Refund policy

ACBot licenses are digital goods delivered instantly. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including partly used or unused time, extensions, and purchases made by mistake. Try ACBot Basic for free before buying Pro.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute permanently disables the license. If something isn't working, contact support on Discord first - we fix problems, we don't refund them.

2. Your license

A license gives one person the right to use ACBot Pro for the time purchased. Time starts when the license is created, not when it is first used. Extensions add time to the same key; bonus days only apply when extending before expiry. A license is not ownership of the software.

3. Devices & networks

Each license can be used on up to 2 PCs. A new PC can only be added from the same network as a PC already on the license. Logins from multiple networks at the same time are blocked, and repeatedly opening the bot may trigger a short cooldown. Device resets are at our discretion.

4. Not allowed

Sharing, reselling, renting or giving away a license key or access to it
Running one license for other people's accounts as a paid service
Decompiling, reverse engineering, cracking or bypassing the license check
Sharing, uploading or redistributing ACBot files
Using ACBot to harass, scam or harm other players or clans

5. Game account risk

ACBot is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Supercell. Automating Clash of Clans breaks Supercell's Terms of Service and can lead to warnings, bans or loss of progress. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game accounts, or for lost resources, gems or items.

6. Updates & availability

Game updates can stop features working until ACBot is updated. Downtime, missing features or game changes are not grounds for a refund or extra time, though we may add time at our discretion. Features and prices may change.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or permanently disable any license that breaks these terms, without notice and without refund.

8. Other terms

ACBot is provided "as is" without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current license. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Buying or using ACBot means you accept these terms; we may update them and will post the new date above.
